I killed Shaper in 3.2 with the Occultist Essence Drain which is a lot weaker than Vortex, the game was much harder back then too. Vortex should be easy, but I can tell from your skill tree that your damage will be very weak. You have nothing giving you any kind of high damage boost. No power charges, no Pain Attunement, no Elemental Overload.
