Well right now we have no rhyme or reason. If older accounts more likely to have certain configuration with them that new ones dont, then yea its possible.

And to clarify, I'm more talking about the age of the account. The supporter packs just usually indicate an older account but obviously not 100%. Doing a poll anyway.
