Difficulty of Temple of Atzoatl

What depend on difficulty of Temple of Atzoatl? I have played 3 times. Every time temple was based on tier 6-7 maps that I was played due to the Navi missions.
Problem is that those three times was representing different difficulty level. Once I have been crossed whole temple without problem, another times I was dying because single monster hit. Every time temple was containing same type of monsters without mods (due to no mod maps) so... why difficulty of that temple might be so different? What it is depend on?

It depends on three things
1 - The level of the temple, which is based usually on the highest map you did while setting it up. If you joined a friend for a T15 map and did a temple incursion there, harder temple.

2 - The temple room setup - did you buff monster speed, or damage, etc?

3 - Random mob appearance. Some are harder than others and will just gang up on you at the wrong time. There are some major chaos ones that can oneshot you. You will find them in some temples but not others. This is really just random.

if your referring to the temples in the maps, layout and mob spawn locations are the biggest thing id guess. There are times mobs spawn super heavy in an open area, and if you just walk in, its insta death, if your not tanky at all especcially. Only othert thing is different mob types, but you said they were the same.

2 difficulty levels above the highest monster level Incursion that you did.
Capping out at 83 I believe.

That's not even close to the computation.

It's "average level of incursions done + 10, capped at the highest level incursion you completed". So, the reason it's capped at 83 is that you can't find an incursion higher than 83.

If you hypothetically did 11 alva missions in t1 and 1 in t16 (yes, wasting a mission because you hypothetically skipped the last alva in one of your first 4 missions), you would get a level 79 temple.
also, pay attention when you decide how you will upgrade a room in an incursion. Upgrading a room to tier 2 or 3 often means all the mobs in the finished temple get a major combat boost or YOU get a fat nerf to your resistances.

Look at a good incursion strategy guide to sort out what kinds of mods you can deal with and what you would rather take a pass on. While it's nice to be offered a chance to ride an incursion all the way to tier 3 everything, you are the one who has to clean up that mess once the temple is ready.

Unlike maps, you can't roll a mod for a temple that gives you say, temp chains or enfeeble. These are annoying but won't kill you. The only mods left, of course, are the ones that can make temples super rippy. More damage, power/frenzy charges, fatter ass, bigger monster packs, more rares, chance for them to be possessed by a torment or corrupted or both, plentiful non-poison chaos flying around, phasing/flicker monsters, leeching and regen at your expense.

So many different opinions. Is it possible that you will give me a proper link to the reliable source?
A quick google search finds the wiki page

https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Temple_of_Atzoatl

specifically

Mechanics
After 12 incursions, Alva Valai will open a portal to the temple. The temple contains different rooms inside a single area. The area level of the temple is determined by the average level of zones a player opened incursions in plus 10 levels, capped at the highest level of one of incursion the player did open.

For example a player opened:

3 incursion at area level 72
3 incursions at area level 75
3 incursions at area level 79
3 incursion at area level 80
equals an average of area level 76 plus 10 levels, would result in temple level 86. However, since the highest level zone completed is level 80, the temple level changes to that.

Then... why each "my temples" were represent different difficulty level even if they were based on the same map tiers (6 and 7)? Once where was absolutelly no problem to finish it, another times it was extremely difficult to do it. I'm reminding that every time I was playing with maps without mods.

Like others have already said here: the rooms you pick can make a bigger difference. Especially damage, speed and -% max resistances.
You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.
