How would you modify an Ascendancy class to your likings/dreams?

Grab-bag AScendancy - you hit a button and let fate choose your points from ANY of the 7 ascendancy pools.

You could end up with Ambush and Assassinate (Assassin) -> Commander of Darkness (Necro) -> Radiant Faith (Guardian) -> Gathering Winds (Deadeye)

I'd remove all ascendancies from the game, put most of thier nodes in the passive tree, remove the character starting positions, allow characters to start from anywhere in the tree and have 3 unconnected allocated passive sections (so 3 starting places on tree), and give all characters an extra 30 passive points. The extra passive points would make up for lower starting stats and pathing to ex-ascendancy nodes, plus adding the viability to make builds with multiple ex-ascendancy sections with the extra points. Lab would give 10/5/5/10 points instead of ascending. Having 3 sections that dont have to be connected and being able to start anywhere will give unprecedented build viable variety.

replace ascendancy keystones with "can pick a keystone from selected ascendancy"
