How much dps do you have against Blight bosses

My meme build from last league would be epic on Blight maps - decay/chaos scaling vaal arc on an Occultist with asenath gloves. With mobs so packed in tight, vaal arc would probably hit every mob on the map, then everything would chain explode :)

On death explosion sure seems to be a good fit for blighted maps, but you still need the single target to take down the bosses.


Clearing the 'normal' mobs is no problem for me, unless I need to spend 80% of my time on the bosses.

SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Yes but again with everything being so clumped up, the deathsplosion chain that happens (curse on hit temp chains + curse on hit despair) would make the 50+ normal mobs explosions shotgun the bosses

Boss might well have hundreds fold normal monster's health so ... I don't quite think that would make a significant difference.

Maybe not,but remember, if you are scaling chaos damage, those explosions are doing much more than just the % chunk of life

Well yes, obviously.

But blow up even 30 monsters that deal effectively 50% of their life as damage on the boss and if the boss has 100 times the life of those monster, that would only deal 15% of the boss life.

You're left with 85% to take yourself ( leave 5% of it to turrets maybe ? lol )

Ah well. I play a hoag build that smacks them pretty easy - 1 shots t15 bosses with the bombarb thing if they are deathmarked.
