It's completely random.
I got mine on PS4 on a shore map??? LOL Still haven't found it on PC. I will wear your ghost and you will die twice, against me and for me.

" Ok it's random, but with thousands of blight encounters and a lot of blighted map completions I expected to have found it already. When something random is more difficult to get than finish the endgame grid challenges something's fishy. Would be epic if I can finish the endgame grinds and don't get 40/40 because of RNG...
