Blood Rage skill when activated reducing Flat phy dmg on Cyclone skill- SOLVED

I hit the skill in town and my cyclone dmg goes from 337.8K to 246.8K dmg and Flat physical dmg on the skill changes from (8,416 to 15,204) to (5638 to 10,185).
I currently have this gem +20% quality lvl 17 for a +18% attack speed increase, and that registers fine. I have this gem linked in boots with Faster Attacks-Leap Slam-End Charge on Melee Stun so I dont think there are any interactions there. It is this flat Physical dmg DECREASE and I have no idea why this is happening. Pls GGG look into this! Edit: I am running War Banner, Precision, Blood and sand with Enlighten Support in helm In Gloves I'm running Flesh & Stone, Maim, Molten Shell, and Enlighten support Chest is Kaom, and weapon is 6L Equisite Blade with infused Channeling, dmg on full life, Brutality, fortify, melee phy dmg, and cyclone....omg derp Sooooo its the dmg on full life thing with loss of hp = loss of dmg in town bc I'm not hitting nothing nevermind. " Thanks for your report, Blood Rage deals damage to you, your Cyclone is linked to "Damage on Full Life", since you're no longer on full life you lose the "49% more Damage while on Full Life" from the support. I hope this helps. Last edited by Jatin_GGG on Oct 6, 2019, 8:39:05 PM
