It is this flat Physical dmg DECREASE and I have no idea why this is happening. Pls GGG look into this!

Thanks for your report, Blood Rage deals damage to you, your Cyclone is linked to "Damage on Full Life", since you're no longer on full life you lose the "49% more Damage while on Full Life" from the support.
