Lots of people bought fake 6L , it seem lots of people not actually able to read or look carefully so that scammer existed

Is it possible to get scammers banned after they scam me. Idc about getting the item or currency back just get him banned if I have video footage then ofc I want the currency / item back. But if there is just a Screenshot for example?
