Is the First Blood pack still available? I couldn't find it. If it is not, I would suggest:

It's only purchasable once... once you've bought it, you don't see it in the shop anymore. That's a pretty good clue that it's the best deal they offer.

DON'T buy the stash tabs everyone is recommending you buy right now. Buy them when they're on sale, which comes around every 3 weeks or so. You can track the game's entire Deal history here - https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Daily_Deals

I would hold off 3 weeks unfortunately you JUST missed the stash tab sale.
Then I would get first blood and a currency tab.
Upgrade some standard tabs to premium and see if you still like the game.
If you do, go nuts, supporter packs, MTX and more tabs.
Hell I even bought a delve tab and I NEVER had a problem keeping all that in one tab to begin with!
But I got the ice dragon now and I am happier in my journies :)

get the First Blood Pack first as noted by Shagsbeard, then wait for the sale as noted above.
