Crafting oils have been in very short supply since the oil refinery got bombed. It's going to take another 12 weeks to get that refinery operational again (meaning the league will be over). That's sad. Damn it GGG, I want my money back! Oh right PoE is fee-to-play. You get what you pay for so don't expect nothing from GGG and all is fine.

Hm? Source of this conclusion? 3.8.1 going to increase number of reward chests in blighted maps. Nothing about general encounters drop rate increase and nothing about oils or blighted maps drops at all.

Been farming t15 and 16 maps, still getting more clear oils & sepia oils than any other. Yet to see above incandescent and I sure as shit don't plan to trade up the 177k+ clear oils it would take to vendor up to a gold oil. Seriously considering quitting this league and that's the fastest before I have hit that wall...

I ran over 100 T12-T16 maps this weekend, The only oils dropped were Clear, Sepia and Verdant and I did every Cassia encounter. That's pretty fucking sad.

Not that I could use higher tier oils because the fucking blighted maps don't drop anyway, so I guess I have nothing to complain about.

The highest oil type can drop in t13 and higher, golden(the highest) has the possibility to drop in t13's. They seem about as rare as exalts.

So far I have only found one golden oil. And multiple of each type below it, except for the black oil for some reason. Just keep farming.

Currently I have badluck with oils as well, due to dying too much in t14-t15's cassia encounters...(running with below 50% res in red maps is not a good idea hehe)

177,147 Clear Oils to make 1 Golden Oil. Of course noone in their right mind would attempt this, but even converting say... Azure to Golden you would need 729 Azure to make 1 golden. (I have 14)
