Haven't played 3.9. Is the tornado shot leveling guide (toxic rain) still relevant for leveling an ele bow league starter?

Was about to post that you suggest starting as a Scion, should have read further. But thanks for the guide, it's detailed and yet compact enough, not lots of reading about every single detail!

As the servers for 3.10 are having a fit right now gives me time to ask a question. How many regrets/respec point is needed to switch from the OOS to Vortex tree?

I noticed in Act 8 the skill nodes aren't the same anymore as whats in your screenshot (circled at the top). I'm guessing those were AOE or Mana nodes but I can't tell. Do you have a suggestion of what to change them to?

Hi, I am a fresh player (2 leagues) and I am still looking for build for myself. You explained some things step by step and thank you for that. But I have some questions. First, you recommend using Holy Flame Totem instead of OoS. So that at every point where OoS is mentioned, should I "give" this Totem? Second thing, there are several trees in Path of Building, but I don't understand their descriptions. What does "CI Gear" mean, unfortunately finishing act 1 I saw that there are several trees and I have already gone to Oos. I want to play under vortex and I just saw that there is a lvl 80 votex life tree 3.10. I have 7 points misplaced. It's nothing, I'm learning from mistakes. I think you can describe it more in the notes.
