Yah, just ran in to a second set of them and the time limit seems to be super nerfed..... I have two movement skills so I am BARLEY able to do both opening (a single passage) and kill the boss.
(The time limit needs to go back to what it was... this is kinda crap and not fun)

Haven't had any time issues with the ones i have done in white maps after i finished the quest. Maybe you are in higher tier maps.

An update to my issue with the quest No Time like the Present in case there are other players with the same problem:

It might not be a bug. The quest has several steps.

Meet Alva at the Causeway that leads to the Vaal City, and search for the lost Temple of Atzoatl.

Complete the temporal Incursion for Alva.

Complete the temporal Incursion for Alva at the Causeway.

Quest Complete - You have completed a temporal Incursion for Alva.

I was on step two. Complete the temporal incursion for alva. But since it's been a week since i did the first step i had forgotten where she is and the quest, as i already wrote does not tell you this a second time. It assumes you know this so it won't show it on the map either.

It's the same problem if you haven't played your summoner for a while and are trying to remember which items your animated guardian has or which level your spectres are.

A better quest log and an interface for minions would fix these problems.

I am currently in level 54ish areas

Last league I was mostly doing the map that is a big circle... you go around the whole map and then at the end fight the boss and end up at the WP you started at. (I forgot the name and lvl of the map - not there yet)
