Alva is not in my hideout

How do i get alva into my hideout. When i talk to her in oriath she gives me no option to invite her to the hideout.

You need to complete her mission first. I guess you haven't completed any yet?

No i haven't completed any. I planned to start doing those in maps but that is not possible for some reason. I'm fairly sure it used to be?
So do i just go to random areas in act 7 until i see her? I have a few good prophecies i don't want to trigger in low zones like: a master seeks help (niko) This feels like a bug because my dailies are stacking up in the atlas window but i don't even have alva. Yes but where is it? I am going thru areas looking. There is no clue.
It just says complete the temporal incursion. |

Just random spawn. Don't know if it helps to talk to her in town first to start her quest.

I thought it would be random like mark1030 since it didn't show the location. Of course my niko triggered in the first area so that was a waste of a prophecy. If you stand in town and click U then select the quest: No time like the present it doesn't show where to look. But if you travel to the causeway it will be marked on the world map. A little off topic... but just found her and I only had 8 seconds to complete the room.
Did they nerf the time limit?... thought you started with like 20 seconds or something like that............ Yah, just ran in to a second set of them and the time limit seems to be super nerfed..... I have two movement skills so I am BARLEY able to do both opening (a single passage) and kill the boss.
