Xbox Launch is delayed due to problems from microsoft patch verification... Wow.. i just took a day vacation from work for launch.. that sucks to be honest..

Well, apparently certification (???) didn't go smoothly, or at all. There is a message saying they are having problems with it and 3.7 is still up.
