I enjoy it a bit more than legion. You don't need quite as much of a huge AOE attack.

Incursion was def better lootwise than TD
And Legion is far better thsn them both. Actually it was the most rewarding league I remembered. Better thanveven Delve lootwise. Blight seems so poor in drops. Just a lil better than Standard. Slightly. May be its done for purpose, may be its a bug, I dunno. So far it feels like this. |

I think the rewards need to be a bit higher for the difficulty/lag/time investment.
The issue is if you fail you just wasted 2 maps worth of run time for 1-2 chests or nothing. A league has utterly failed if players do not jump at joy each time they encounter the league mechanic and would rather ignore it and keep running maps. The other issue is that it destroys your fps during higher tier encounters. IGN: Arlianth

From what I've seen said about it so far I'm sure I'm gonna love this. I hated Legion, it was good, but it was just a way worse version of Breach and Abyss.
There doesn't need to be more leagues that are just "Go here, enemies spawn". It defeats the purpose of playing in a league (- sweet ass cosmetics). You might as well just play in standard, you'll be doing the exact same thing, but you'll already have good characters to do harder content with. Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

all that is required of league mechanics is hoards of mobs. making it too complicated fails. this is an arpg. we just want to murder hundreds of things in a slightly different way than normal
my ideal league would be something just like FF7 battlesquare. where you have like 12 levels of arena fights you can go through. once you get through one you need to choose if you go on to the next. if you choose to, you can't back out - you either clear or die. and every time you move on it adds another modifier (like a map mod) 4 bosses, on levels 9/10/11/12 it has a chance to spawn its respective boss. every arena is just hoards of mobs, which will get more and harder as you go through the levels. just tons of mobs. rewards are based off what level you got to as well as the mods you happen to roll. arena has a time limit and a mob count. either kill all the mobs or survive the time limit. both ways is success. that way its less based off killing all the mobs and your dps, as rewards wouldn't matter with mobs killed either - all about getting through the levels (bosses are exception). so even low dmg tanks can succeed Last edited by xMustard#3403 on Sep 8, 2019, 11:18:03 PM
