Blink and Mirror Arrow Minions Bugged

Blink and mirror arrow minions are only hitting 1 target at a time regardless of multiple projectiles, chain, pierce, etc. They will have the 'animation' of shooting multiple projectiles but only the central projectile will hit and it will not pierce or chain. This includes multiple sources of pierce from the support gem to items like Drillneck. RIP my build for blight.

So is this being fixed this league... early on or few weeks down the line ? It discourages me from leveling my deadeye cuz if its a slow fix whats the point ...
