First off, I want to say, Thank you for this build. I'm in to my 3rd league now of the game and this has been one of the smoother builds I've used.
I'm currently 77 and just killed Catarina and farming T9-T10 maps trying to find my last trial. What I'm asking maybe obvious to some, but I find PoE hard to learn in terms of gearing, what would currently be my best pick up item wise, the RNG gods have not been kind to me so I have no currency, but I'd love to know what 2-3 items I should pick up next are, I mainly want some more single target damage if possible. This is my current snap shot at time of writing and my profile should be public. https://pastebin.com/tWT0mKxy Any help would be greatly appreciated One of the things I love bout your build so far is I'm seeing stuff in boss fights I wouldn't normally see, so I'm actually slowly learning them to, but at the same time the leech and 71% block I currently have are keeping me fairly safe. For trials go to global 820 and you'll have them all in a few minutes, especially early in the league. I don't know how active it is any more.
Your gear is pretty bad. But the first thing that stands out are the flasks. 2 Mana ????? Why? Even if you have 0 currency you should already have a diamond, a sulphur and a silver. You can craft block chance on your armour (use a service if you don't have it) and replace than prismatic with a high DPS sword without block. Then get some currency and when you have enough upgrade everything according to the guide. It's better to upgrade multiple items at once. Excellent, thank you for the tips, and yea I know bout the two mana flasks, tbh I over look flasks all the time, it's one of the bad habits I'm in currently. Still trying to learn the game and learn what's the best upgrade route throughout level and mapping. I have an awful lot to learn, but hopefully get there.
This builds been a god send tho, cos I'm able to learn boss fights with it which is perfect for me. | |

First I want to say thanks for a well written guide. Of course having said that I had to tweek your guide some.
I am a big fan of shields so I am using a one hander with a shield and I'm currently at level 79. I think using the shield nodes must be comparable or better to the block and DPS obtained using dual wield nodes. It is also possible to get increased physical damage up to 25% and roll increased damage per block chance on the same elder shield. In addition to the DPS and block from the shield you would also have increased armor, ES, life, and resists. I can say that being a rather broke gladiator, I am happy I only need one weapon and I don't have to worry about weapons with block or putting block on a six link armor. I'm just throwing this out there as an alternative and I'm not disagreeing with your guide or saying my way is better. Cheers and thanks again. |

O great Aias, i need some advice.
Can u check me? Brutal_superman I know, i`m not even 90th and didn`t take all wheel of life on tree (i`m working on it)) I feel kinda a bit sad on T14+ even without deadly mods. Mobs are ok, but delirium, and some bosses inflicts pain. Bosses in the Burial chambers and Park maps with attack and cast speed mod literally blow me and burn me down. Ok. To the question. What i must upgrade next ? Bcoz dps is kinda low now, and good block sword is really hard to get. I dont want to bother with block capping other ways. Also i have really bad luck drop this league, so i poor as fuck. Have like 3ex now. Maybe 21\20 gems, or change a hat, and run uberlabs. Also what about a flask with phasing and dodge? I plan to put it instead of quicksilver. I can`t comfortably leap around packs and attack, i`ll better run and attack in phasing. It`s only my problem with muscle memory and cursor pointing ) For now, i don`t feel squishy, but lacking comfortable clearspeed, and boss killing. Do some shaper-elder guards. They are tough as fuck. Don`t feel i can kill Shaper now. For now i put in this build like maybe 600 chaoses. And Harvest bosses ? I don`t know, don`t like that league ( Want portal effect but stuck in 15 challenges. " With harvest, if you can trade for some shaper base swords, you might be able to get higher pdps. You're also only level 85, getting another 5 passive points will definitely help. For now though, get those Rigwald's to 20% quality. 20/20 gems as you mentioned. Swap your quicksilver flask for a Lion's Roar. The knockback can be annoying, but the damage boost is insane. And you'll get +3000 armor when it's active for a nice defensive boost. |

Harvest have seed to reroll tiers of mods?

Your post is quite confusing. Is your problem survivability or DPS?
If you read the guide carefully you'll see that you only need one block sword now. So keep one Rigwald's and get a normal high PDps sword. That should be easy in the league. Even easier to craft one. Lion's (for bosses) and 20/20 gems will help. You're also taking impale nodes on the tree but not using Impale on your 6L or Dread banner. Choose one option and stick with it, don't do both things at the same time. Also with that chest you can't possibly use all the auras you have. You should be using Herald of purity instead of Pride.
