Critical Hit how you know?
I was wondering since my crit chance is getting quite high with some particular skills but how do you know when you deal an critical hit? Can't seem to figure that out..
Prob. a dumb question but yea ;p Need to know |

When you do a critical hit with elemental damage, you can see the respective status effect on the enemies (shocked, frozen or burning).
When you do a critical strike with physical damage, there is apparently some effect too, but I never noticed it. Disregard witches, aquire currency.

" as I understand it there is a chance to freeze or shock enemies with any attack, but when you crit the chance is 100%. |

" I have never noticed the effect either. People seem to thing it is fairly noticeable, but that has not been my experience. I wonder if that would be something they could look at at some point and making the option for the effect to be more dramatic or offering another indicator to those who want it. It would be fun if the criticals had a specific weapon animation (like the staff upswing, which i am particularly fond of). Not sure that would be possible however. |

There is a sound and a visual effect, that you can see.

I think the visual effect looks like a small yellow/orange shockwave that radiates out from the enemy that you crit.
*Now with added Kiwi*
