got a nice upgrade today :D



with your help for the skilltree i leveled up to 92 and hit 7.4k ES already :) now i'm keep going with the damage notes :D

If i find 30% chance for Discharge to deal Damage without removing Charges
It will have many effects. To damage Because I think it's very rare

Yes this enchant is rare and expensive but is well worth it.

I want to play it a lot, but I find The Vertex Vaal Mask enchant Not at all
You can play without that enchant its not mandatory. You can also try to search for pure 250+ ES rare helmet with that enchant. But you will loose some of the evasion and you will need lvl 4 Enlighten.

Hi i'm enjoying this build to a degree however my damage feels really lack luster and so does my discharge proc rate.

My dagger isn't great but my damage seems dramatically worse than the previous build, any pointers? I'm working on getting a dagger but there isn't really much about and the ring I keep searching for with all the power mods but one isn't popping up :) My damage seems to be around 160k per discharge where yours is 372k I'm missing the bleed/poison as i just got a new dagger but even still.

Checked your PoB, you have some issues that need your attention (in order of importance):


1. You need to fix your passive skill tree: why 2x 10 Dex node taken? Just grab 30 dex node and you have one passive point left.


2. You need to fix your resistances, you're heavilly under safe 75% all res without flasks/charges especially on that cold res part. Grab Faith & Steel for that one passive skill point.


3. You need to lower your Arcane Surge by 1 lvl currently it doesnt work as Vortex uses 31 mana but your Arcane Surge needs 32 to activate. With one lvl lower it will trigger each time you spam Vortex while still providing 13% more spell dmg.


4. Buy at least single chance precursor Emblem either with "15% chance that if you would gain Frenzy Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of Frenzy Charges" or "15% chance that if you would gain Power Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of Power Charges". Other stats are less important. If u can buy Precursor with both than by all means do it!


5. Work on your jewels. You need double crit multi with all res jewels to cap your resistances and boost your dmg (Crit multi is the most effective way to scale dmg of this build). You have 0 crit multi jewels. Crit chance on jewels is useless. Just remember one of those jewels to have 4-5% poison o hit for +3% to max res via Apeps Supremacy.


6. Buy a better dagger. At least 1.68 attack speed with at least 8.4 crit chance, 40%+ spell dmg (or with open prefix so you can craft 40-50% spell dmg yourself for 2c), fire dmg to attacks and if money allows 15-30% crit multi or 50+ cirtical strike chance for spells.


7. Exchange your Wise Oak for one with at least 14% ele penetration and your Atziri Flask for one with perfect 15% roll on ele part.


8. lvl up your Shield Charge, higher the lvl faster it goes. Your str allows for up to lvl 19.


Those changes will set you up nicely. Your PoB with the changes above:

I have fixed a lot of these issues after posting this, the ele res I'm still trying to find a jewel with the 2 res and multis i need, i boosted my damage up to 246k but I haven't got the vagan mod, been farming for it but i rarely ever find vagan let alone for him to drop dagger with that mod on it. I do have the discharge chance to not consume charges enchant already on the vertex helmet I've had this since the other build.

I got a new prec emblem with the frenzy mod on it, and the dex, the reason for the 2 extra dex nodes was because i couldn't wear my gear without them, now I can with this ring I've since replaced them. I keep looking for the Vagan dagger but none are popping up with the bleed enchant and hits cannot be evaded.

I didn't realise just how much crit multi gave discharge in damage, since adding a jewel is gave me a whopping 35k per hit, which took me by surprise.

Thanks for the tips on arcane surge and shield charge I wasn't aware of this.
