For the belly card try malformation also, as well as core I think. Malf and core are based on the a9 belly tilesets so it should drop there as well.

My question was more how rare the cards are, I'm SSF so no trading.

Kaoms card is farmable but you'll need to shape your atlas specifically for it, something like 2-400 maps for a whole set but It depends on how much shit your throwing at your maps and how overall lucky you are.

Its just on the cusp of the rarity where it becomes a real pain but is still doable.

There's also a prophecy for the belly.

I don't think belly is worth target farming at all. Legion sometimes drop rare chest that has a lot of flat life and life %, and you still need to 6 link the armour.
