Which makes it slightly less common than in maps where it does drop. But only slightly.

Point is it's not in ANY map drop tables.. Only Act9 "Belly" and Act4 "Belly" area according to any info that I've been able to drum up. And tbh it doesn't even seem to drop from Act9 Belly anymore. Or I've just got the worst string of RnG conceivable with all the numbers in play

Again: Just because it's not listed to drop outside of A4 or A9 doesn't mean it can't drop somewhere else. A lot of the information in the Wiki is outdated and Phantasmagoria actually sounds like a reasonable place for this card to drop.

Case in point - Channel map - same tileset as Aqueduct/Blood Aqueduct - can and does drop the Tabula Rasa DIV card.

Sometimes it’s so obvious it is missed, but have you checked your loot filter to make sure they are not being filtered out.

Yes.. even dropped it down to soft just to OD it and make sure. IDK man, at this point I'm just chalking it up to really, really, really, really, really bad RnG apparently

You might have better luck trying to chance it (the belly, not the card).

What about Kaom's?

Only need two more cards and I'll have it.
