SSF Divination card farming

Returned back to POE about a month ago after my hiatus and decided to farm "The Beast" card to finally get a Belly for my Life builds and am I missing something or did something change with where they drop or do they even exist anymore!?
I'm on my 3rd day of farming Act 9 "Belly of the Beast" area with EVERY possible Quantity increase item equip Plus a Bisco, and not a single card drop (Including any other Divination possible drop) from the area.
Any new info or advise would be greatly appreciated

I may be mistaken here but I thought over-leveling only affected currency drops?

Act 9 "Belly of the Beast" area is lvl 66 and the game never considers you above lvl 68 so no drop rate penalty in the equation. On top of that I have a +52% quantity increase & a Bisco .. so I'm not exactly understanding. I know it's all RnG, but the % "Should" be heavily favored on my side & well It sure the hell doesn't seem so ;(

I farmed BA for 7 levels on my first Legion character and only got three Tabula cards.

Hmm didn't realize was applied to DIV cards too.

Cards are either too rare to be useful, or too useless to be rare.

Unfortunate brutal truth for us SSF players.
I really miss the days of waiting for lvl8 Master daily's to refresh so I could check for a useful Unique to possibly buy

I seem to recall GGG confirming that level matters for divination cards as well. There is always the rarely used Book of Regression though if you really want to farm it in Act 9.
