It's a bug in the hideout system. It's because it tries to load the masters/wp/mapdevice where it was in the layout you had before. Next time, import then wiggle all masters and utility objects (crafting bench, mapdevice, stashes, wp) left and right a couple times, it will overwrite that internal coordinate with the new one.

Let me know if it works.

It's not listed under known issues in the bug forum so that's not a good sign. I filed a bug report to make it known.

I tried what you wrote. Next time i login i'm gonna see if works. Thanks.

Edit: Your trick seems to have worked. My npcs look to be where they should and everything else i wiggled are in the right spots. Thank you.

Weird that the game cannot do this automatically if that's all it takes.
