End game sucks

I agree with this post, HH should be free to everyone.
That's cool. You can just give me yours than.

But really... When did this turn into a thing about HH. I have 30ex have killed shaper. And don't actually care that I don't have one. And I know if spent enough time in game I could get one.

But, 130ex for a single item. Weather it is HH or something else. That's a problem. It makes it only for those who have no life outside of POE. My bad people like "Miská" can't understand that.

There are things in game that are reserved for the elite. I get that. Things that are for people with skill. I have no problem with that logic. I like it. But this isn't a skill problem. This is a grind/time problem. And therefore unnecessary.

The other problems I mentioned are things that relate to reward vs game progress. And how that also gets worse as you progress. Clearly all concepts that seem to be implemented backwards to how they should be.

Should I at level 97 go farm sub level 75 maps just so I can get more Chaos? Why Can't I farm end game and get more loot than farming lower end stuff?

Clearly not what anyone wants to hear. That most end game maps give you less valuable loot. Or In other words. At end game you are expected to farm 10x the amount of time. For the same amount of reward.

Maybe you would have understood this point better if GGG mods didn't delete info I already typed for no reason. (Or maybe they did it to hide the fact that this is true.)

I had my HH on the sunday after league start. By that time I already slept twice. Stop making up excuses why you can't do something. Or insult people that can do things you are incapable off. Instead be glad this game still has a goal left for people like you that have a harder time catching on to game mechanics.

Delve gets worse as well. The deeper you get; The longer it takes to get the required sulphite. That allows you to delve, and the faster you spend it. As going down cost more. Making your time in Delve shorter and shorter as you level.

I actually lol'd.

Delving becomes exponentially more profitable as you get deeper, FAR outpacing the rate of sulphite cost increases.

You don't even have to get all that deep to do this (in Legion, at least)... By depth 300, delving had become fully self-sustainable for me: the cost of sulphite scarabs and T16 maps was far less than the returns I got for that amount of delves.

It might take you a lot longer to reach the point of breaking even in standard, but... I mean, that's exactly why you don't play standard.

as for the endgame stuff - it is a grind-based game. game with nonexistant build diversity. so your endgame is to a) pick one of 3 'best' builds b) grind and then c) get bored (you cannot reroll because all other builds are garbage compared to 'best' picks) or d) brag about what youve farmed

content is limited by unhealthy hours required to unlock it (if you are lucky ofc) and the reward is.. being able to grind some more

ive long ago started ignoring 'endgame' content - all these Auls/Kurgals that you couldnt find in Delve, the 1 in 4 frags/bosses/encounters that are 100 times more rare then common ones, the challenges you buy because you have 1/1250000 chance to find them on their own, etc etc etc

sure, people in SSF manage and i know it is possible. but.. i dunno.. i just value real life more than some pixels and 5s of 'fame' saying 'i have HH, scrubs' gives

rng based difficulty and progression.. not my cup of tea
