Slayer VS Gladiator

ya gladiator is a trap if you're choosing it for offense, so is zerker. stick with slayer its tons better.

zerker is a big trap. i've been trying to make one work a ton but...it just feels too dumb.
especially with rage being available as a support gem, just avoid berserker as a whole and only go gladiator if you want/need max block

If they ever stop making clearspeed leagues, you'll see that proportion reverse. If this was Betrayal (but with current ascendancies and melee rework), Glads would be everywhere.

Berserker has only barely more dps but slayer's AoE makes it win for the vast majority of content.

Of coruse this is assuming only softcore exists, in hardcore at least leech still is a thing.
