CI vs Life - Advantages and Disadvantages?

I dont use any of those items, and I got two characters with CI, in hardcore alive, one level 70, another level 76.

Depends a lot on build and playstyle, ofc. Dont try melee marauder, but CI is perfectly fine for some builds, and in some ways better than life builds.

The good thing about PoE in this issue, is that there is no one better than other, its just a choice depending on the situation/playstyle/own build/gear.
