wand+shield charge + fortify

so now that we can shield charge with wands. are we suppose to be able to fortify when shield charging?

"Yes? I'm not sure which part is confusing or even in what direction you are confused, but shield charge is a melee skill and can be supported by fortify. It can just be used now with wands in main hand. |

Oh. i never cited what was wrong. Fortify does not proc when shield charging with a wand equipped.
Played wand + shield from lvl 30-80. Didn't notice why i was dying so much until i figured out that fortify won't proc with shield. switched to sceptres. Fortify is now procing. Can't find the post, but a staff member said they they are aware of the problem.
If you wish to report a bug, go to the Bug Report subforum, check the Known Bugs stickied thread.
