T1 Accuracy on a quiver that was crafted before patch hit is still at old rolls of 321-400

it's because the old item have a Suffix = "Of the Assassin".
That's why a divine doesn't work.

The new item you have will properly say T1 under accuracy and that's why I was asking you to link it to confirm this.

So this is why I don't think this is a bug, but for that GGG will have to confirm.

they clearly stated that mod will be updated with a divine orb. as of now, it doesn't. how can you argue with the patch notes?

You don't understand, it is NOT the T1 suffix ("of the Ranger"), it's "of the Assassin" which is not the standard T1 suffix, so not updated by 3.7.

I just checked and it's confusing because Assassin was previously T1 and Ranger T2. Now ranger is T1 and Assassin is removed.
Finally if works as intended, the bad thing is it would have been changed if you had the T2 (ranger) suffix, you are screwed because it was T1 :D
