Life Gain on Hit is now scaled by the Damage Effectiveness of a skill. ?

I was still pretty much invincible using cyclone with life gain on hit, even with the 35% damage effectiveness. If the pack is big enough you hit so many times its worth it.


But I'm already level 60 and all my gems were leveled up already.


Starting off it probably sucks bad

So yea basically they nerfed loh for melee, but let ranged keep getting crazy amounts with chain/fork/lmp/gmp/etc

Well, some people are still rooting for melee, this has to be "fixed" ASAP :)

Seriously, that's frankly stupid. Can't wait for more melee "fixes". Maybe Weapon/armor degradation, for example.
