Latency problems on Japan realm

They say they're working on it, but don't have an ETA.

All that they will tell me is that they are working on it and don't yet have an ETA. Unfortunately, all of the providers available to us seem to have this problem now, so I can't switch over to another to fix this during the wait.

This is not an easy fix. Our provider has been attempting to negotiate new peering, but have had several setbacks. The current estimate for the peering being negotiated is 1-2 weeks.

Our provider reports that there is new peering in place. Can anyone see if there is an improvement?

Yeah, we have a couple of servers with another provider that you're hitting with the increased ping, I think.

If anyone else could get a current MTR to speedtest.tok02.softlayer.com, it would be helpful (especially if you're with Roseltelecom).
