Teleports are the worst part. You're extremely quick when having buffs, as soon as you teleport you're always either stuck at walls, disoriented because you're suddenly somewhere else or in case of (not long existing anymore) Synthesis content back at the beginning.

Everything else: Absolutely OP, as it should be with a chase item that's supposed to be broken and more expensive then most builds in total.
GGG balance is like getting a pizza which is burnt on the sides, raw in the middle and misses the most of the toppings.
Then upon sending it back you get a raw side, burnt middle and enough toppings to drench everything in grease.
Everything fixed but still broken.
HH like a bunch of other items in poe is purely for the pay to win crowd. Every league you will see the same folks with one usually within the first 3 weeks.

Funny as hell when you look through someones chars and see they are all equipped with HH.

There is an army of bots and farmers that feed the pay to win crowd. GGG knows it and capitalizes on it.

HH is here to stay... The pay to win crowd needs their loots ( the easy way ).

To be honest, having a character that is twice too big to fit into the viewport of the game could have been a fun thing as an april fool's joke or a special one week event or something like this .... but permanently in the game ?
That is just stupid lol.

Now, I don't really care if other people have headhunter of not, I find it also very silly that many consider it as the "holy grail of items" in PoE, but that is one ridiculous and silly item to have in the game permanently imho.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
Saying that an item that costs like 30 or 40 exalts is breaking game balance is laughably ridiculous!
