Help evaluating watcher's eye three mods

Yes, I've decided to just have fun with it, and not really care about profit.
But I don't know if I should continue divining it. On one hand the physical damage conversion kind of suck, and so does the life, but on the other the numbers are very round and pleasant; no way i can get a perfect 1.5 and 25 again. Please don't corrupt this. Even if you get the best corruption (Corrupted Blood cannot be inflicted), it will only be a marginal improvement. Fact is corruption on jewels is really not desired as the best corruption can be obtained on dirt cheap jewels. It's not intrinsic like +gems on chest.

you use that on fire damage builds (ex molten jugg) where phys damage is already converted from what i remember...
so it's not that big. |

Some of it is just for speed, just farmed low tier maps for that room;
but i do need a decent speed build |
