btw empyrian only play SC leagues, SC is always easy like this. Keep improving your gear til you're immortal. Thats why I play HC... show me a SSF HC player with 20k ES. There is none. Why you guys dont stop complaining about how easy SC game is and just go SSF HC? " You're talking about HC, or how we could call it by now 'the broken leagues' or the 'one build to rule them all league'? Pick your favorite one out of those two. With the balance of the game HC is absolute garbage at the moment. Telegraphed one-shots, after-death effects, freezes with specific game-mechanics, game-breaking bugs which kill you, disconnects from the server which kill you. Sure, play HC if you enjoy playing against broken stuff rather then the actual mobs. Also, you can fairly easily get a shit-ton of damage as well as ES in HC as well, dense fossils aren't that rare if you know how to search for them. It seems you don't though, otherwise you wouldn't talk like that. GGG balance is like getting a pizza which is burnt on the sides, raw in the middle and misses the most of the toppings.
Then upon sending it back you get a raw side, burnt middle and enough toppings to drench everything in grease. Everything fixed but still broken. |

Games with “I win” buttons aren’t fun. The top builds these days, rather than being merely better than the rest, legit feel like godmode cheating - that might be ok with crazy expensive gear but that’s not what we have right now.
I’m not even someone who used to advocate for PoE being more punishing or whatever, but balance is so screwed and powercreep so reckless that I’ve had to speak up in recent leagues. High-end crafting is Out. Of. Control. These items break the rules of the game and run counter to GGG’s past manifestos. In my humblest of opinions: -Onslaught is a temporary buff and should not be a permanent affix -Simple “more” multipliers are for support gems that take up sockets and shouldn’t be affixes -Bows are for archers and should not be better for casters than staves and wands -Unique ascendancy mechanics should not be affixes -Body armours have 6 sockets and helms have 4 for a reason; 8+ link bodies and 6+ link helms should not be nearly as common as they are -ES is one of three basic defenses and should not render the other two pointless -Main skills should require mouse clicks and not be automatic (note that brands aren’t quite as automated as people often think, especially armageddon if you’re using a much-needed supplementary skill) -Using melee skills to trigger spells shouldn’t always be superior to just hitting things with your weapon -I could go on... There are some great improvements GGG has been making to this game but bad balance and powercreep are a major drain on all of it. We're all in this leaky boat together, people.

Try HC, soon or later you'll die and go back to twilight naked. 100 hp and 10 energy shield. Beautiful. Garbage with frozen screens, syndicate, 1shot, etc. Still the most fun game to me tho. But, personally I'm waiting the flashback event to have fun in poe and 3.7. I literally skipped 3.6 cause too much lag, betrayal, bad league, etc. I know most of people like SC and nejoy it but dude I cant, I play HC or quit the game.
