yea it does. if your character is really fast you should be able to sustain flask by just killing mob
So, what you're saying is that vets will be able to ignore the mod, while newer / slower players will have the fun-killing experience of ... experiencing temp chains.

So, either temp chains is free IIR / IIQ for vets or it's a fun-killing experience for newer / slower players.

Now that prestige classes will finally leave lab in 4.0, will GGG get it right this time or will they find new ways to repeat old mistakes?

i wouldnt say veteran know this. The few build I read, as I recalled, got a grounding flask as their setup
It is way too common to role. They ought make it rarer.
