Spears and Polearms

I haven't seen any of those in the game. I personally think they would make a great addition to the game.

I would easily see a Templar using a spear or a Halberd. Might even be included in the "Staff" Category of weapons.

I'd also like to see these weapons included at some point. Spears were after all some of the first weapons and were very commonly used by many different peoples around the world. Don't see why it would be any different in the world of Path of Exile.

And besides, more variety is always nice. =)

Spears would be good with sweep, leap slam, and viper strike and puncture

Polearms are in the 2-hand axe category (halberds). There are some staves that look like spears, but I don't know if they're intended to be.

+1 for long reach spear/pike weapons

I would also like to have more Polearm like Weapons.

When I saw Viper Strike, I very much wanted to make a spear user call the Red Viper...

... those of you who read Game of Thrones will understand. Those of you only watching the show need to wait til season 5.

I didnt saw season 5 till now.
But i also like to use Polearms alot.
Would be great if there will be many weaponmodels or much better a whole weaponclass for spears/ polearms.

Well, there is a weapon called ''PoleAxe'' if it is those kind of weapon you wanted. I have it on my Maurauder.
But you must be level 20-22 something in that level.

It would be amazing if spears were implemented.
