Help! Can't use Microtransactions on Taiwan PS4 PSN account.

I play POE at PS4 first time. I am very love it but I cannot buy any stash in my Hong Kong PSN. Can you inform us when we can buy anything in your PS4 shop? If you will not do it, please let us know. I will re-play at other PSN to buy it. I do not hope the Chinese version but I just want to buy some item which I like at PS4 POE.

Can we please have an update on this before the new season begins? It's kinda a big deal with how it affects our playthrough, especially when a lot of us have very long playthrough sessions and amass large quantities of items. And honestly having more sellers enter the market place will only be good in helping to alleviate the ongoing supply and demand issue, which has only worsened with the split of the userbase with the flashback event and some people returning to D3 for the new season. We need the new blood into the market!

It has been months now, and we stil hear nothing :(
I know it takes time but could we get some updates on the plan to release PoE to Hong Kong / Taiwan? Please.
