Class Action Lawsuit

No bugs on PS4 loooool I'm on act 8 and can't even play it due to crashing every 15 minutes.
At least you got to play Lol, I can't even get into the game cause it crashes at the grinding gears logo screen. Just to clarify in talking about Ps4 since people seem to think it is perfectly fine and that Xbox is the one with all the issues.
The difference here is that you PS4 players haven't put hundreds of dollars into stash tabs and mtx yet. Xbox original release was fully functioning with minor issues and constant updates for fixes. I had no load times on an Xbox one s through bestiary league. Then came delve and load times began to get horrendous, now we're into synthesis, and at the start of the league not only were we missing content, but the mtx that once worked on characters fully as intended (that also cost quite a bit of real $) now do not display as intended and load times into zones can take upwards of 3-4 minutes. GGG does not care about it's Xbox player base and it shows with every new league and less effort into providing functioning content. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't even looking at this bug report page at all. I posted three months ago about a coding issue with might of the meek where it disabled socketed increased duration nodes in radius rather than giving them 50% more effect asking them to look into the issue and not a single dev even responded with a "we're looking into the issue". It shows how little they care about the console and I'm at a point where I would gladly delete the game and wipe my account to get back the hundreds of dollars I've invested into supporting the console that they refuse to support themselves. I paid to support a product that I enjoy, and it's now broken. I want my money invested back. This is basically the equivalent to a "lemon law".

If you start kicking and screaming, your cries will fall on deaf ears.

If you present yourself and your findings with hard evidence (not say so)
and message the right channels and possibly get some gaming news sites to also present a well constructed bunch of information, that's how you make bring attention to issues. Because it starts hurting the bottom dollar.

It's a shitty fact of life but every single thing is money driven in this world. So you have to attack that aspect of it, but in a good way that actually makes sense.


If this was the first time the community had reported these issues I would agree with you.

I've been playing console for about a year now, and I've got to be honest, I completely feel neglected. I am an avid GGG supporter, in both "official and official unofficial" discords, I am constantly trying to help the devs in trying to calm people down and keep the peace in these exact moments.

We've been reporting issues, and doing things the conventional way and as a community we're about fed up, and for good reason.

Delve Launch was bad, there was a few large game breaking issues that took up to two weeks to fix, when we had pinpointed the issue by day 2. Betrayal was even worse. Imagine a league start where you could not interact with ascendancy, could not progress past the beacon map because you could not interact with the torch without dropping an item next to it, and then moving your courser over to the torch to have it drop the item to go on to fight the bring kind. I won't even get started in how broken our trade board was for maps with the atlas shuffle (This was not an issue this league, thankfully)

And then, we're at synthesis. This league launch was easily the worst I've ever seen any game go through. This league a group of friends and myself decided to run together to really push our atlas. we had 4-6 of us in a party at any given time to share completions, and help each other through the acts to push as hard as we could. We had to run every single map at least twice because of the disconnects. half the group would disconnect every single time, and it wasn't specific people, it was completely random. This went on for over an entire week. It took over two weeks for us to get Betrayal into the game, so our crafting benches were complete piles of crap. The only options we had for prefixes on belts for example, was Life and WED, imagine playing a ES caster based build and you could not craft anything onto your belt, rings anything really. We STILL do not have the new mystery box available to us, Our MTX's do not work together, so things we've paid money for are dysfunctional, Our Trade board literally broke for 4 days because we could not send any kind of messages with our offers, could not highlight anything that happened with a fix that was dropped on a Friday, then we didn't get a fix until Tuesday.

I can honestly go on, and on about the many issues that we've seen this league. and yes I understand that ps4 had its few minor issues. and some of the issues that xbox had probably made it so they could fix them on ps4 before it launched. But to see things on ps4 work when they're broken on xbox, or to see them have features that we do not have it is really frustrating as someone who buys each supporter pack every league because I believe in the company and the game.

Does this require a class action lawsuit? No, that's a rediculous idea.

This shows a desperate need to actually play test the game on xbox (not an emulator) before launch. and spend a little time with it.

This is not a shot towards GGG, I am not calling anyone out specifically, Jeff does a great job taking jabs from all the toxic morons in the community, i've seen some of the "conversations" that people have with him and the majority of it is not constructive or helpful, and I do not envy him.

I really hope that more care goes into the xbox releases moving forward, I understand that we've got a muuuch smaller community than PC or even ps4 at this point, but a part of that is I talk to other people about PoE, and the general consensus that it is a buggy undervalued game and they'd rather play a game where every time new content comes out, there is new bugs to try and circumvent for two weeks.
