Class Action Lawsuit

Want to see how many people in the Xbox community would like to come together to start a class action lawsuit against GGG as their game does not function as intended, including microtransactions. I've put a lot of money into the game like many others, and the fact that the PS4 release is functioning with all content as intended, no lag issues, and functioning mtx is one giant slap in the face to the Xbox community that has been supporting a game that GGG refuses to put any effort into making work as intended anymore. Care to comment GGG? Because if you don't start fixing our content legal repercussions can and will ensue.

" We've actually been talking about this since the beginning of the league with the people I play with. They have all left to play Black Desert Online and I'm left with three casual people on my friends list. The PS4 released flawlessly and came with all content. The PS4 released with an additional feature that was not implemented into the xbox version. Grouping with people in town. GGG's mishandling of the Xbox path of exile community has led to a mass exodus of the xbox's population and left very few veterans and high content farmers leaving the game in an unplayable state. Not only had map drops been nerfed in the beginning of the league, we didn't have all the content available to make up for that. Combine being stuck in T6 maps at lvl 90 with the fact that you crash every 15 minutes, and people left the game. Here is the kicker. Some of us. In GOOD FAITH. Have bought THOUSANDS of dollars worth of MTX. In my instance I was praying that GGG would see how much support they were getting from the xbox version and push updates to us but they never came. We just got band aid after band aid that eventually left the game broken and unplayable for many people. Some people are actually having 2 minute load times. The money that GGG has made on us never went back into the xbox as was implied in the "supporter packs". There was never content that was brought to the xbox that was talked about almost 2 years ago. For about 3 months straight there was no communication from GGG on our issues. We never got the complete content before the master rework. "LEO". The xbox has been and will always be overlooked and I want to have my investments on a working platform. GGG has openly stated that they wont let me have my MTX on PS4. A WORKING PLATFORM. GGG has openly stated that they are making me keep my mtx on a broken platform. A platform that THEY KILLED OFF. PS4 already has a much bigger population. Better load times. Better optimization all around. To put any more money into the xbox you would have to be a moron. I think we are well within our right to at the very least DEMAND a refund for the mishandling of the xbox version. WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO US IS UNNACCEPTABLE. UN ACCEPT ABLE Have you ever heard of a "lemon law" ( our mtx's still dont work ). |

You should at least do your research before making statements like that. PoE has been having a lot of issues on Ps4 since it's launch, and they have been trying to solve the issues.

Until now the ps4 version seems to be fine to me, besides some smaller bugs but which are not that annoying and will be already fixed soon (patch notes are already out).

Why is it that as soon as someone does something something something something that isn't liked, class action!
Just don't play the game or buy MTX and make sure your friends know about it. That's the best way to send a message. I do agree the X1 version is crap/garbage of a game. I stopped playing so long ago because of all the bugs, and that left me with such a negative taste of the game I got 30 mins in to the PS4 version and I thought, I can't be bothered playing a game from a company that doesn't give a toss about their products they ship, because if you did, you'd not have left the X1 version be full of bugs for so many years. |

In what world is it okay to sell someone something and not give them the items. We can't even use our mtx right now. They dont show up 50% of the time.
I want the accounts linked so I can play on ps4 with the rest of the population. People who didn't support get to just switch to the better platform and we have to fucking stay because of how much we supported? Yea that makes sense GGG. Let's get a comment, you cant be serious. This is such a shitshow. |

It's the approach.
If you start kicking and screaming, your cries will fall on deaf ears. If you present yourself and your findings with hard evidence (not say so) and message the right channels and possibly get some gaming news sites to also present a well constructed bunch of information, that's how you make bring attention to issues. Because it starts hurting the bottom dollar. It's a shitty fact of life but every single thing is money driven in this world. So you have to attack that aspect of it, but in a good way that actually makes sense. |

Can someone confirm if those bugs from the xbox are also present on the ps4?

" Can confirm at launch on Xbox we had the exact same issues with Microtransactions not working properly. Took a few weeks to get all sorted out. Here is a thread of changes we have been asking for repeatedly for quite a while, with only 2 of them being looked at.
