It's actually possible to make this build in league.(I woke up thinking about this)
with all these mana flask buffs on tree, it's possible to get 5k mana per second using a mana flask.(this is with timeless jewel, without timeless jewel it's like 3k per second) even with 3k mana per second It's possible to stack 1500% spell damage buff on indigon. and 3k mana per second is also 3k life per second while using indigon.  nowadays this does mean nothing while 1HP builds are going to the depths of 6000 and below.
