Several times I've died after being immediately ganked by Intervention, then when I went to Research or Fortification, no one was in either.

I guess it wasn't just in my head that Niko never showed up. Planned on delving a lot but only saw him from daily missions or other people's maps. Thanks for all the fixes and some nice QOL as well.
Any updates on fossil/essence crafting on fractured items?
I knew I just have to be patient with GGG. Most stuff gets addressed as soon as they can manage. Still need some less randomness to progress with Masters (namely Jun and Niko), but the Intervention changes will make one of them much smoother.

Synthesis League content looks promising, I feel it's difficult to engage with now, but I'm hoping with some future patches it will be amazing.

I'm enjoying the mix of bestiary, incursion, delve, and betrayal.

EDIT: Its not just when you die to Intervention.
For once, I actually managed to live through the encounter; went to Research and Fortification - still NO ONE in EITHER.
so basically what I'm understanding is your just giving up on the synthasis league and your core mechanic. Nope we are not going to fix the problems with the nexus, but you guys like betrayal so we will fix that, oh and hey one youtuber who's basically the Rush Limbaugh of PoE has been abusing normal zones instead of mapping, so we are going to ruin that for the rest of you who were not using that but instead would run through actually story and by the end of it and taking your time you had barely seen them but having a few on the map made it more fun.

it also takes ggg way too long to acknowledge problems. remember the low spawn rate of abyssal depths? took them two months to admit that there was an issue because a zone could only have one sub-area. until then you were hammered by whiteknights and called a conspiracy theorist if you brought that up. then chris made fun on baeclast about "nets are eating my currency". yea so funny. what else caused alch orbs to be called "exalted orbs of alchemy" because these things were so rare other than nets or a deliberate change in drop rates? conspiracy, of course! this league: map drop rates were busted. conspiracy theory! oh, wait, they were indeed increased. joke's on you, chris!

but yes, "hurr, free game!". i don't want a free burger that gives me diarrhea, no thanks. but next league will again be such an ambitious mess of a league mechanic instead of something simple that actually works and is fun, i'm sure.
