I'm on a 1950X w/ 32G of quad channel ddr4 running at 3600, a 1070, NVME ssd, and a wired gig internet that hovers around 10ms, and I still get a momentary hiccup on betrayal spawns, granted it only lasts a very short time but it is jarring none the less. couple that with them being massively overtuned, it usually ends in a bad experience.

Even EA beta tests their garbage. This all could have been avoided if GGG put in at least that minimal effort.

They can "beta test their shit" before giving it to us. They would also need to change their schedule from new expansion every 3 months to new expansion every 4-5 months. Maybe you would like it. However looking how leagues are dead after 2 months I dont think majority of players would like the idea.

Oh i am not bashing the betrayal mechanic i know that you are supposed to manipulate. I tough that they always spawned 3 syndicate event on a map but i discovered that its only on daily mission.

I didnt got one shoted but I play tanky as in dont enter maps w/o at least 4500 life and it goes up from there...You're not pointing out the problem I have with Betrayal and it's a huge problem.
How about picking up 1 million totally useless rares then unveil then sell to get recipes? Now made 3x harder because she only appears in 10% of maps albeit 3x a instance. I play SSF and never picked up so many rares as that league just to get recipes. And never got them all or even close at 92 last league. Now made 3x harder.
Actually all these newer leagues (GGG calls them gen 3) are just tedius, and unrewarding timesinks. I'm watching SSFHC streams and guys about to clip 100 don't even fuck with them. Just map.
