Glove Enchants not working

Well, the glove enchants, maybe the helmet and boots ones too, got broken as they got their new spot on the item, and I'm sure it's related to their change from implicit status.

This needs to be resolved ASAP, as it's quite detrimental, especially regarding the more important enchants that synergise well together and help the build's identity...
PSS: Our almighty TencentGGG overlords are very scrupulous regarding criticizing their abilities to take proper decisions and consider everything "needlessly harsh and condescending"...

Good to know "free speech" doesn't apply in any form or manner on the forums these days...

^ Same problem. I posted in Technical Issues before coming across this thread.
Glove and Boot enchants showing in the tooltips, but not working or present in the character tab.
Same bug,, Had 2 different enchants and didnt work. here is decree of fury on hit. What doesnt work.

My newly enchanted (blades) spiked gloves (with the implicit) don't give the lab skill either (it doesn't even show up in the character sheet).

The "normal" (not two-toned-) boot enchantment is active/working (+% to crit chance).

edit: the helm enchant (+% crit chance to lacerate) on devoto is also working.

So are helmet/boots enchants not currently working either?

It's difficult for me to tell because my helmet enchant is a passive damage boost and my current boots have no enchants yet.

It's a problem with enchants not working properly on the items with a specific implicit, like spiked gloves, two toned boots or bone helmets.

As long as you don't have another implicit beside the enchantment, your item should work as normal...

Same Issue here. Got 2 Lab enchants on 2 different gloves, and neither of them show up on the Character Skill Bar nor do the skill Animations/effects show at all either.

Wrong. I just enchanted 2 lvl 33 gloves that had no implicits to begin with, and they're dysfunctional.
