Glove Enchants not working

Glove enchants are not working. Was using something of Reflection earlier. Never triggered. Now I'm using "Commandment of the Tempest". Doesn't trigger. I assumed this was known or would have been widely reported, but I do not see it listed in the "known bugs" sticky.

+1, I guess there are far fewer players that bother with glove enchantments than expected.

Can confirm on 2 different characters, both using "of Spite" enchants.

Confirmed not working in standard, checked w 2 chars and multiple enchants.

Would definitely be nice to see some kind of GGG response on this issue, with many players reporting it, an entire class of items being affected (!), and many verified bug reports.

Team...confirmed with me, as well. None of my ascendant item enchants work for that matter.
Also...I've noticed that the Mana Leech gem has significantly been lowered in percentage. Was that part of the "rebalance"? If it is, it sucks...my 70+ level characters are getting my butt kicked for running out of mana...boo. |
