How to use 32-bit client after update?

When there was dx9, if dx9 is used, the client will be 32-bit. How do I open the 32-bit client when there is no dx9 in options.

These are what google tells me about this issue. They all say that dx9 can force the client to be 32-bit.

I use the steam client and when I go to the installation folder there are two exe files in the folder. One has a x64 suffix and other does not. Try the one without the suffix, should be 32 bit one.

I tried both in the first place and I checked the task manager. Both are shown as pathofexile_x64.exe
