After PoE 3.6.0 update receving a wrong shader file decoded size errror

The Error is gone, but now i get a new Error Message in the Login Screen:

Message:

I have Windows 7 64-bit and the Steam Version.
I delete before the ShaderCache folder. Dont know, is it a patch problem or my fault with deleting the ShaderCache Folder files in it.
Happening to me as well. Really was hoping to get into it off the bat this time... boohoo.
