Culling Strike

How does Culling interact with Herald of Ash Overkill? If a hit lands in the cull sweet spot (<10%) what is the OK proc?
1) Cull 'sees' the <10% status and kills the mob; OK = 0 2) Mob dies and OK = 10% - damage dealt (i.e. hit takes mob to 6% thus OK = 4%) 3) OK = 10% (yeah right) If no one knows, does anyone have any ideas of a good way to test this? Dueling vs. a player with summoned skell is my best solution. | |

Culling triggers after Damage is dealt. If your Hit puts a monster below 10% Max Life, it is then Culled, which deals zero Damage. Considering your Damage wasn't actually enough to kill it in the first place, no overkill Damage is dealt.

Guys, I linked Herald of Ice to Culling Strike and Item Rarity. Tooltip showing that it`s working, but I dunno. Is it working?
And how dat setup should work with Molten Strike? Do it add cold damage to projectiles and cull properly? |

You linked Culling and Rarity to Herald of Ice, not to Molten Strike. They apply to Herald, not to Molten Strike.

20% are nothing... need much more than that.
Its eating slot in build and must give HUGE bonus, not small shit that not change anything and pretty much useless So another speaker right, 60% looks fine, or even more than 60% needed. | |
