One suggestion, instead of using Blood Magic Gems, use the covenant robe to apply your hp based auras. It costs significantly less hp this way.

Also a significant amount of your damage is gear based with physical damage/attack speed rings and gloves and the 6L and high physical damage axes.

Well tbh crits are worth it IF you're rich, swords are generally much more expensive than axes, and collecting gear with crit strike chance/multiplier is much harder, so it's up to you. And imo you should go for crit strike nodes instead of increased phy dmg if u use crits

Testing out your build, but ive only managed to get 4.6k hp, 7k dps, 83% all ress and -20% chaos. Got any ideas what i could improve that would raise my damage dramaticly? Since you got 21.5k dps :X


Torment sewer: 307 dps
Gloom rend: 250 dps
2.68 attack speed

Its an interesting build. But how do you survive at maps without lifeleech, life on hit and no armour and endurance charges and a small amount of block? Its good to have good dps, but you gonna be killed by packs of caster mobs, chargers and any bad-rolled rares(subst.phys damage,increased crit chance and damage,multiple projectiles etc) not saying about bosses. I have a lvl 80 DW duelist and i know what am i saying about. You must have to run about all the time? Or maybe its some insane gear with lifeleech? You are not a ranged charachter, so you cant be a glass cannon.

And to the author: Well... Very nice dps gear! Im DW with axes too. And gratz, you beat up my DPS but i think not whole build :D

-How do you do physical reflect maps without any armour or endurance charges nodes?
-What is your armour? Why you use armour gear not evasion gear?
-How do you do elemental reflect maps? You have to deal also nice elemental damage with ur added fire gem + hatred aura. That must be painfull :(
-How do you do hard mods of maps with that low life? You said you have 4,5k hp but i think u got like 4k hp with auras.
-Do you even do 74 lvl + maps?

Answer here and tell ppl some cons of your build before they will use it.
Because DPS isn't everything :)

I can solo up to 70 maps atm, my stats are linked above. You basically life leech up your health with enfeeble :P

Well.. with 7k i don't doubt. But with 20k dps, its fking no possible to do physical reflect maps without any arm/ev nodes. He probably have like 5k armour. His half of physical damage is converted also to elemental dmg from hatred and added fire so same with ele reflect maps. I like whole build but it's just suicide :D
If wanna farm low lvl maps through whole game go for it. But everything need some balance in this game... You can't go full dps, you have to balance your dps and survivability.

Easily, just don't do stupid spam rush towards the mobs, watch the rare mobs mods
-What is your armour? Why you use armour gear not evasion gear?
Arm is around 9-10k as far as i remember. And why would i use eva gear? Doesn't matter for me if i have eva or arm gear it still stays the same, besides it's easier to get red sockets on arm gear

Well i have around 4,7-4,9k without auras, as far as i remember, so with auras it drops to around 4,5-4,6k

When i was playing i did

As for the guy that asked about gear - i know that you've propably changed a lot but in terms of dps
IAS/phy dmg in rings/gloves and what is most important 6L, besides u don't have any quality gems

How do i survive without LL and do i have to run? Well sometimes ye, that's pretty obvious with that build, but i used to be able to easily deal dps + stay alive

The only con with that build are phy+ele+lower regen maps - u simply get more damage than life leech, and u have low regen, so it's pretty hard
