Change To Chaos Orb Recipe

Can someone explain to me or link me to what exactly the new recipes for vendoring rares will be?

I can't seem to find it anywhere other then it will depend on ilvl.

Edit: Thank you all for the answers, it seems the recipe to vendor id'd trash rares is still viable, which to be honest is all I used as I didn't want to farm normal.

I can't imagine who in their right mind would vendor an unid ring/ammy/belt for 1 extra chaos when any of these if even half decent are worth a chaos at that ilvl.

all items have to be ilvl 60 or higher i believe, or you will only get a chance orb.

I am also curious about this. I heard you can also get regal orbs now from the same recipe? Do they have to have quality?

And how come I didn't see this change in the 10.2 patch notes? Did I just miss it?

Players have to figure out the vendor recipes for themselves. We've figured out all the recipes so far, with the exception of one recipe that I believe was given out as a race reward. There could be other recipes just waiting to be discovered.

I saw it in the patch notes when I read them yesterday.
I can confirm that a full set of unid ilvl 59 now gives 2 orbs of chance instead of 2 chaos.

Can anyone confirm ilvl 60+ gives chaos?

Stupid fix no scaling at all if ilvl < 60 --> 1 Chance id 2 chances unid
60+ chaos
20% 1 Regal unid 2 regal.

I guess max ilvl unid 3 chaos and 20% 3 regal.


The devs could be creative but no they only create the most simple solution downgrade receipes 2 orb.


Why not having a reasonable scaling and create scourings, fusings etc?

Can you cry now that 6 players drop rates are overpowered itemspam so we get a global droprate instead of this unbalanced crap?

Really? That's just pathetic, not even worth doing at the low levels if that's the case.

Probably gonna have to hand in ilvl 70+ stuff to get anything worth a damn.

lol, I was going to level 5 characters so I could farm merciless merviel for chaos recipes. Guess that idea is out the window.
