We've not really seen the numbers yet but brands needed slamming, every "nerf" of blade vortex they attempted was actually a buff involving less time building stacks and I suspect WO will even out with the new nodes to about the same as its current output.
They'd have to really gut brands for them to not still be busted tbh their entire setup is difficult to hit a sweet spot for, strong suspicion is they will both be fine and still the best for racing. |

Imagine making over-exaggerations and wild claims before even having patch notes or anything specific regarding gems.
OMFG an OP spell, gets somewhat nerfed = dead... even though tree changes + new supports etc will probably buff them, so the end result is about the same.
